1. The nature of digital products
The platform sells digital software, including quantitative strategies and technical indicators. Once downloaded, a product is considered delivered and cannot be recovered. The following refund rules therefore apply:
2. Cases eligible for a refund
You may request a refund in the following circumstances:
- Not downloaded: within 24 hours of purchase, you have not clicked the download link.
- Broken download link: you report the broken link to support within 7 days of purchase, and it is not fixed within 24 hours.
- Product substantially differs from its description: for example, an MT4 product advertised as MT5, or a cryptocurrency strategy advertised as a forex strategy.
- Duplicate purchase: the same account pays for the same product more than once within 1 hour.
3. Cases not eligible for a refund
Refunds are not provided in the following circumstances:
- The product files have been downloaded, whether or not they have been used.
- Losses result from using a strategy; see the Disclaimer.
- Losses result from improper use, such as incorrect parameters or failing to set a stop loss.
- You are dissatisfied with a strategy’s performance, but the product itself operates normally.
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase.
- Your account has been suspended for violating the Terms of Service.
4. Refund process
- Contact support with your order number and reason for requesting a refund.
- Support verifies the order status, such as whether a download occurred or a link is broken.
- After verification is approved, the refund is returned through the original payment method within 1–3 business days.
- Alipay/WeChat: returned to the original account.
- USDT: returned to the wallet address used for payment; you must provide and confirm that address.
5. Referral commissions
If a refunded order has generated a referral commission, the corresponding commission record will be cancelled. If the referrer has already withdrawn the commission, it will be deducted from their next earnings.
6. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, use the dispute resolution process described in the Terms of Service. The platform reserves the right to the final interpretation of this refund policy.
